Alyssa Friedland
Alyssa Friedland (Co-Owner/Broker/Agent): came to RE/MAX after several years as the top agent for a competing agency. Friedland has a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. Before setting aside her agent's "hat" to devote her energies to the growth & training of her office staff, Alyssa was one of the leading Remax agents in Israel with over $200 million in property sold. Alyssa currently supervises a sales staff of 15 professional agents, assisting them through personal training and direct help with negotiations/closing deals. Roger Friedland
Roger B. Friedland (Co-Owner/Broker/Office Manager) comes to RE/MAX with 30 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant, and 12 years as the owner of his own tax practice in Houston, Texas. Roger moved to Israel in 1995 with his wife, Alyssa, and their 4 children. Roger is bilingual (English and Hebrew), and serves as office manager, assisting his sales staff and overseeing all administrative duties within the office.

Elia Gabai is a native Jerusalemite, who came to RE/MAX Vision upon completion of her degree in Business Administration. Raphi Bloch made aliyah from South Africa in 1991. Born & bred in Zimbabwe, Raphi is a CPA and worked for many years with the Israel Tax Authority before joining RE/MAX Vision. Raphi specializes in investment properties as well as residential property in the Old City, Musrara and the City Center. Raphi is married with 5 children.

Simcha Gluck is a Queens College graduate who earned a lot of recognition for running Vector Marketing's Number 1 Cutco office in New York City for 5 years with his wife before making aliyah in 2007. A professional sales leader and marketer, Simcha specializes in the Armon Hanaztiv / East Talpiot area; an incredibly affordable area right by the Tayellet which is becoming Jerusalem's hottest new community. Simcha lives in Armon Hanatziv with his family, guitar, and beautiful garden.
